About Me
I grew up in the notoriously average Mid-Atlantic suburbs of Delaware and have been chasing adventure ever since. As a research scientist, I travel around the country conducting studies on cute and fuzzy mammals. I love puns, cloud-spotting, post-climbing beers, cuddling with my dogs, Radiolab, apricot jam, chai tea, adventuring in the great outdoors with friends, bouldering (although liking sport climbing more and more), and singing loudly along with the radio. When I'm not chasing flying squirrels in the beautiful Southern Appalachians or hauling bat detectors around National Parks on the Colorado Plateau, I'm usually hiking or climbing somewhere in the mountains. Not too shabby.
